Rausch Construction Company, Inc. is a full service construction company specializing in general contracting, construction management, and engineering services for both public and private clients. Rausch is a family owned business started in 1984. We are headquartered in the Chicagoland area, and serve clients throughout the Midwest.

Rausch performs construction work in the heavy/civil, building, marine, water supply, sewerage and transportation industries. Our general contracting team of experienced civil engineers, project managers, superintendents and craft trade workforce is dedicated to creating a strong working relationship with our clients to best meet their needs. Rausch’s focus on customer satisfaction, safety, quality and schedule has created a strong foundation upon which we build successful projects.

Rausch self-performs demolition, grading, excavation, concrete, rebar, piling, steel erection and carpentry work. Our human and financial resources make it possible to own, operate and maintain an extensive fleet of equipment. This gives Rausch the flexibility to maintain aggressive schedules and tight budgets, while ensuring the highest quality and client satisfaction required on all projects.

Project Experience

Rausch prides itself upon its diverse and unique project list. During our 25 years of leadership in the construction industry, we have completed many successful projects including those for O’Hare and Midway Airports, University of Chicago, University of Illinois, Metra, Fermi Lab, Army Corps of Engineers, Harrah’s Horseshoe Casino, Lincoln Park Zoo, and several government municipalities.
